Data Critical Corporation (Nasdaq:DCCA), a leader in wireless communication

a licensing, distribution and technology integration agreement to
provide wireless data services for physicians.
Under terms of the agreement, Metrocall will license
and distribute Data Critical's unwiredDr wireless web services to
Metrocall's 300,000-plus health care professional customers, as
well as the entire medical community. Terms of the agreement include
minimum distribution and marketing requirements for Metrocall and
development obligations for Data Critical. In addition, Data Critical
will become the exclusive provider of dictation services to Metrocall's
medical customers.
Internet-based and configured for wireless access,
the unwiredDr wireless web applications suite from Data Critical
enables physicians to chart patient records, prescribe medications,
dictate notes, check lab results and conduct other clinical paperwork
via wireless devices such as WAP cell phones, two-way messaging
units and browser-enabled personal data assistants. In particular,
the service is ideal for small to medium-sized physician practices.
Through Metrocall, unwiredDr will be made available
on Motorola's Timeport P935 two-way paging device using the ReFLEX
25 wireless platform. The Timeport P935 is one of the most advanced
two-way devices on the market, combining e-mail, calendar, contacts,
Web access and two-way messaging with high-resolution graphics in
a compact, lightweight device. UnwiredDr services will be available
as part of Metrocall's Timeport medical packages on a monthly subscription
basis, per module or as an integrated package.
