InPhonic and Metrocall Announce Strategic Partnership
 

WASHINGTON, and ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- InPhonic, Inc., the leading developer of products and services for the creation of virtual private wireless networks and branded customized wireless communities, and Metrocall, Inc. (Nasdaq: MCLL) one of the nation's largest wireless data and messaging providers, today announced an agreement that will result in a wider breadth of wireless solutions available through the InPhonic catalogue of products and services. The agreement entails InPhonic leveraging Metrocall's wireless networking capabilities to deliver custom wireless applications and solutions to its Enterprise and e-Business Solutions client base. The partnership provides InPhonic with the ability to enhance the wireless communication solutions it currently provides to its clients in the development of their closed private wireless networks. The agreement will also allow InPhonic to support new product sets that include peer-to-peer messaging, wireless e-mail and Internet connectivity.

The partnership continues InPhonic's development of its wireless solutions capabilities and solidifies its position as the premier provider of end-to-end wireless solutions for enterprise, affinity and e-business organizations.
